Established in 2012, RCSB Ltd is a leading independent construction business successfully providing specialist solutions for RC structures, basements and groundworks across the South East and greater London. We undertake contracts from both the private and commercial sectors, covering a wide range of projects, from private residential to large multi-story commercial developments.

A wealth of experience makes us experts in the construction of reinforced concrete frame structures using our own team of highly skilled Formworkers and Steel Fixers and the most up to date processes and formwork systems. We undertake complex basement construction employing a range of different construction techniques from traditional underpinning to various earth work support systems including contiguous and mini piling, steel sheet piling and king post retaining walls. Safety is maintained by working closely with temporary works designers and we value engineer to ensure the best and most cost-effective techniques are used to suit the project environment.

Where your project extends beyond these requirements, our newest group company, RCSB Build Ltd, offers a full build service incorporating all aspects of construction to manage projects from inception to completion.

In 2020, due to continued expansion, we strengthened our groundworks services further by joining forces with Datum Plus and our group company, Milestone Groundworks Ltd was born. This amalgamation of both expertise and resources provides us with a strong platform to continue growing our presence within the groundworks arena under the Milestone Groundworks Ltd banner, whilst maintaining the quality of projects that we strive to deliver.
