With extensive substructure experience including complex basement construction, our projects include small loaded residential to the high capacity requirements of multi storey structures. We work in many sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, hotels, and education. Many different construction techniques can be used from traditional underpinning to various earth work support systems including contiguous and mini piling, steel sheet piling and king post retaining walls. Safety is paramount and we work closely with temporary works designers ensure the success the project. Value engineering ensures the best and most cost-effective techniques are used to suit the project environment.

Introducing our newest Group company, RCSB Build Ltd offers a full build project service, incorporating all aspects of construction available through RCSB Ltd and Milestone Groundworks Ltd, and more. We can offer a complete package of services, from inception to completion and including initial costings, programming, supervision by an experienced Project Manager, management of trades and resources, quality control and health and safety.

We also undertake shell and core projects, typically including the structure, cladding, base plant, completed common areas and external works, giving you the flexibility to design and create your own internal spaces tailored to your requirements,

Groundworks

Our Group company, Milestone Groundworks Ltd, combines extensive experience in groundworks with highly skilled operatives to undertake a range of groundworks projects for a wide selection of clients in all sectors of the construction industry. Our team at Milestone works closely with temporary works designers to produce temporary works designs for piling mats and soil retention systems and specialises in value engineering of foundation designs and drainage systems, one of the biggest unknown risk elements on any project. A wealth of experience enables the most economical solution for any given project to be put forward.
