Work is currently underway on this development to provide 66 one to three bedroom flats, including affordable housing, with extensive underground parking and both private and communal outdoor areas. Project work includes bulk excavation into chalk, contiguous piling, drainage and ducting, RC slab, retaining walls and RC walls to create 3 basement parking areas for vehicles. The development comprises four 2-4 storey structures utilising cast in situ RC walls and block and beam upper floors, and external hard and soft landscaping.

Development of a multi story structure with subterranean basement. Extensive temporary works and propping was required due to close proximity of existing buildings. Project works included construction of basement using contiguous piling, bulk excavation, RC wall, slabs and columns, internal blockwork, cast in situ RC concrete upper floors and walls.

26-30 Old Church Street is a mixed retail, office and residential development, in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The site comprises two nineteenth-century buildings, plus adjoining land to the east and south. The scheme comprises four private lateral apartments, two modern town houses and a lock up-shop, it also incorporates private off-street parking and is arranged around a landscaped central courtyard. Contracted works were shell and core including the structure, cladding, base plant and external works.
